Frequently Asked

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy or mental health treatment.
We may look at past experiences and patterns when they help explain what is happening now, but the focus is on how you show up today, what you want to create, and what changes when you begin leading differently.

If you are in therapy, this work can complement it well. Coaching does not replace therapy, and being in therapy is not a requirement for working with me.

Absolutely. Most of the men I work with are not in crisis. They are doing well in many areas of life and recognize that they are ready for something more meaningful in their personal lives.
You do not need to hit a wall before seeking greater clarity, deeper connection, or a relationship that feels loving, secure, and built to last.

I currently work with men privately through one-on-one virtual coaching.

We meet regularly and look honestly at what is happening in your dating life or relationship. Together, we identify the patterns creating distance, uncertainty, or frustration and build a clear path toward the kind of relationship you actually want.

This may include strengthening your communication, clarifying your standards, understanding how you are experienced by others, and learning how to create greater trust, closeness, and emotional safety.

The work is direct, highly personalized, and practical. You will leave each conversation with greater clarity and specific actions you can apply in your real life.

Many dating programs focus primarily on tactics: what to text, how to approach someone, or how to get more dates. Those things may help in the moment, but they do not necessarily teach you how to build a healthy, lasting relationship.

My work goes deeper. We look at who you are, how you are being experienced, what happens when closeness or commitment begins to matter, and which patterns may be preventing the connection you want.

The goal is to help you develop the clarity, emotional steadiness, and relationship skills required to create love, trust, and lasting partnership as yourself.

No. Some of the men I work with are single and want to date more intentionally. Others are actively dating, entering a new relationship, or already partnered and want to create greater closeness, trust, and stability. If you are somewhere in between, that’s fine too!

Your relationship status matters less than your intention. What matters is that you want something real and are willing to look honestly at your role in creating it.

That depends on where you’re starting and how honestly you engage with the work. Some men notice shifts within the first few sessions. Building something lasting takes longer. What I can tell you is that this isn’t a program designed to string you along. The goal is always to get you clear, capable, and moving forward as efficiently as possible.

This is not a program designed to keep you dependent on coaching. The goal is to help you become clear, capable, and confident enough to continue moving forward without needing me indefinitely.

Fair question. A lot of coaching gives you frameworks without helping you actually apply them to your specific life. This work is personal. It’s built around you, not a curriculum. And because I work with men specifically on relationships and how they show up in them, the feedback you get here is more precise than most general coaching can offer.

The goal is not simply to understand yourself better. It is to turn that understanding into behavior that holds up when a relationship begins to matter.

Yes. You do not need to be extroverted, highly expressive, or naturally charismatic to build a deeply connected relationship.

Some of the men I work with are naturally open and verbal. Others are quieter, more private, and more internally focused. Both can do extremely well.

You do not need to become a different personality. You simply need to be honest, curious, and willing to practice communicating what matters more clearly.

I work best with thoughtful, accomplished men who are ready to stop guessing when it comes to relationships.

They are typically between 35 and 65 and have created success in many areas of their lives. They may be single, dating, or already in a relationship, but they share the same desire: to experience love, closeness, trust, and a partnership with real staying power.

They are not looking for tricks or manipulation. They are willing to understand themselves more deeply, take ownership of their patterns, and build something meaningful.

You may be ready if you keep asking yourself why things almost work, why the same patterns continue, or why genuine connection still feels harder than it should.

You do not need to have everything figured out, and you do not need to be in crisis. You simply need to be willing to look at yourself honestly, receive direct feedback, and make meaningful changes.
The first step is a conversation. We will both know fairly quickly whether working together is the right fit.

How it Works

01

Reach Out

Fill out a short application so I can get a sense of where you are and what you’re working toward. No lengthy forms, no pressure. Just enough for me to know if I can genuinely help you.

02

We Connect

We’ll get on a call to talk through what’s going on, what you want, and how this work actually runs. It’s a real conversation, not a sales pitch. If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll both know.

03

We Get to Work

This is where it gets specific. We look at your patterns, your blind spots, and exactly where the gap is between who you are and how you’re showing up. No generic frameworks. Just direct, personalized work built around you.

04

You Move Differently

You stop guessing and start leading. In dating, in relationships, and in how you carry yourself. The goal isn’t just better dates. It’s becoming the kind of man who builds something that actually lasts.

If any of this felt like it was written for you,

it probably was.
