Common Questions Before We Work Together
How do I get started working with you?
Start by reaching out through the contact form above.
Share a little about what you’re navigating and what you’re looking for.
If it feels aligned, you’ll receive next steps for a conversation or coaching option that fits where you are.
Who is your work best suited for?
I work with men who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to take responsibility for how they show up in relationships.
You don’t need to have everything figured out — but you do need to be open, honest, and willing to engage in the process.
Is this dating advice or therapy?
Neither. This work is grounded coaching focused on clarity, emotional intelligence, and self-leadership in relationships. It’s practical, reflective, and forward-moving—without diagnoses, labels, or gimmicks.
Do you offer 1:1 coaching, group work, or both?
I offer private 1:1 coaching, group coaching experiences, and structured programs.
After you reach out, we’ll explore what option makes the most sense for where you are.
What if I’m not sure I’m “ready” for coaching yet?
That’s okay. Many men reach out because they’re in a moment of transition—not because they have all the answers. The first step is clarity, not commitment.
How quickly will I hear back?
I personally read every inquiry and respond during business hours, Monday–Friday.
What topics do men typically come to you for?
Men reach out around dating fatigue, emotional availability, communication challenges, patterns that keep repeating, and preparing themselves for a healthy, long-term relationship.
